My dining experience began with breakfast, which presented a well-curated buffet that included both English and Continental options. The variety offered included selections for vegans, which was a pleasant surprise. The ambiance of the newly refurbished restaurant was modern and inviting, making it a lovely place to start the day. In the evenings, the hotel's restaurants buzzed with activity, making it a perfect spot for those seeking a lively atmosphere. The poolside bar was a highlight, serving creative cocktails that complemented the delectable menu options from around the world. The Blowfish Hotel provides a memorable experience for food enthusiasts combined with attentive service that truly enhances your stay. It is a destination worth considering for those who appreciate good food in a vibrant setting.
